Another oil price hike a few minutes ago, the 18th this year and the highest so far. This has been a weekly event. Unfortunately, Rufa Mae can not yet say, 'TODO NA 'TO!" because there seems to be no end in sight as yet. Do we still hear, "Thank God, It's Friday?" Other than Manny Pacquiao's arrival, there's nothing in the news to be happy about.
