Introducing the DPS Class 67 Members

Posted above are two video clips from the You Tube. The first is a collection of the graduation pictures in 1967, the second consists of the recent pictures of the class, mostly taken during the 40th Class Reunion.

Not all those listed in the Class Roster are batch 67 graduates. The group includes those who became classmates even for only a year, whether in elementary or in high school.

Those included in the video clips are either those who have solo pictures on file or were able to attend the 40th Yr Reunion. Not included were those "found" after the reunion due to persistent efforts of Boboy Ong and Dra Yoly.

There are many other video clips which have been uploaded in our You Tube channel (DPSClass67).

August 25 Mass for Rene

Last Monday, the Manila group offered mass for the eternal rest of Rene, Men's husband. This was at the Chapel in SM Mega Mall. Only three of us were able to make it though due to work and other commitments of the rest (Ed was in Bangkok, Bert in Davao, Tess in Bicol, etc.).

After the mass, we had our lunch in the same restaurant where we celebrated Maning's birthday. Here are the pictures.

Happy Birthday Maning

Maning was in Manila for his ty-9th birthday. He and his wife arrived on Saturday, the day of the group's dinner with Glen. But they proceeded to Tagaytay, where Maning's daughter treated them to an overnight stay at Sonya's Garden. It was only on Monday afternoon that he contacted us. Unfortunately, since Aug 19 was the first working day after a long weekend, most of the class67 members couldn't make it to a hurriedly organized lunch date with the celebrant. Only Marynat and myself were able to make it. I had no problem since I work in Quezon City and it was still a holiday (Quezon City Day) there yesterday. For Marynat, Megamall is a convenient venue since it's very near her office. Rudy called when we were having our lunch but we must have been engrossed in conversation that Maning failed to notice it. We tried calling him up but Rudy was no longer answering.

Here are a few pictures of our lunch date with Maning.
